It’ll be a 4-week personalised Mentorship Program with flexible mentoring sessions for 3 hours a day. The batch will consist maximum of 7 Mentees.
The objective of this mentorship programme is to initiate mentees into crafting Italian dishes.
Amit Pamnani’s passion to continuously learn and explore his craft has resulted in an impressive culinary career in India and around the globe. Chef Pamnani is graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management(IHM), Mumbai and has an enriching experience of over 22 years. His previous work experiences include working for some of the established names in the hospitality industry such as Hotel Taj President, Mumbai, Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami, USA Brasserie Blanc, UK, Indigo ( Degustibus Hospitality, Mumbai) and Dlecta Foods, Mumbai. His recipes and food reviews for BBC Good Food Magazine, India and NDTV Food are held in high regards.
Amit is now settled in Indore and runs his Culinary Homestay named “Stay with a Chef” where food enthusiasts all across the globe enjoy his hospitality, experience food walks with him and learn various types of delicacies in a personal workshop with him. His clientele includes the US Bureaucrat, Radio Jockeys, War veterans, Scuba diving instructors, Scientists and guests from many more exciting professions. He also consults in menu and kitchen planning to various food and beverage outlets in Indore.
